The National MLTSS Health Plan Association is deeply committed to encouraging broader use of person-centered quality measures for MLTSS and greater consistency among states in measurement and reporting. The Association exists as a resource for states looking to develop a standardized, comprehensive approach to MLTSS performance and network adequacy.
