CMS Proposed Rule: PACE

On October 20, 2016 the Association wrote a letter to CMS Administrator Slavitt to comment on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS’s) proposed rule to revise and update the requirements for the PACE program under Medicare and Medicaid.
