E&C Committee Republicans Disability Policies RFI Response

Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans released an RFI seeking public comment on how Congress can address challenges and improve the lives of people with disabilities. Our comments urged Congress to decrease administrative hurdles by streamlining HCBS systems, continuing COVID-19 public health emergency flexibilities, and helping states leverage Medicaid and other federal, state, and local programs to create integrated benefits systems that can comprehensively address the health, welfare, and social needs of individuals with disabilities.
