MLTSS Association Resources on Medicaid Access and Managed Care Proposed Rules

CMS recently released two proposed rules on Medicaid Access and Managed Care. The MLTSS Association was given previews of many of Access Rule provisions in discussion with the leaders of the Disabled & Elderly Health Programs Group (DEHPG) last year. Members can view a scorecard highlighting areas in the proposal in which the Association’s feedback was considered and those which we may address in a comment letter based on member feedback. Separately, on the Managed Care Rule, members can also view a summary of the rule on the member portal. We look forward to providing comments on the rules and working with CMS to ensure their proposals reflect the needs of beneficiaries and the providers who serve them.
