On February 18, 2021, the National MLTSS Association sent a letter to Majority Leader Schumer, Minority Leader McConnell, Speaker Pelosi, Majority Leader Hoyer, and Minority Leader McCarthy, outlining the Association’s Legislative proposals to address COVID-19’s impact on long-term services and supports, and urging lawmakers to support legislation that would provide additional funding to state HCBS programs during the COVID- 19 pandemic to ensure their viability during and after the end of the pandemic.
