MLTSS Staff Presents at the Special Needs Plan (SNP) Alliance Fall Forum

MLTSS Association staff presented on "State Scenarios for New CMS Integration Requirements" at the Special Needs Plan (SNP) Alliance Fall Forum from October 20-22, 2024. The session explored how the changes finalized in the recent CY2025 Medicare Advantage and Part D Final Rule could impact DSNPs and states, highlighting the unique characteristics and challenges of each scenario. The presentation specifically focused on the potential impacts in New York, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
