On September 26, 2018 the Association wrote a letter to Senate Finance Chairman Hatch, Ranking Member Wyden, Senator Toomey, Senator Cassidy, Senator Menendez, and Senator Carper with a recommended modification of S.3338, a bill that would require the Secretary of HHS to issue, in final form, currently-pending regulations that would allow a modified version of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) without some of the constraints that many feel have hampered expansion of its enrollment.
