D-SNP Provisions of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018

On April 12, 2018 the Association wrote a letter to Director Tim Engelhardt to provide comment on the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office (MMCO)’s request for stakeholder input on implementing the dual eligible special needs plans (D-SNP) provisions of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018.
